“We recently hired Chef Casey for a special family occasion in Taos Ski Valley and were blown away by the experience. From the start, communication was excellent, and the chef provided a variety of menu options that showcased their creativity. We opted for a 3-course tasting menu with wine pairing, and it exceeded our expectations. The wine selection, featuring local wines, was impeccable and complemented each dish perfectly. Dinner was served punctually, and there was a seamless flow between courses.
